Ring-Thru

Terms of Service

Last updated November 5, 2026

These terms cover your use of Ring-Thru, an after-hours answering service. By creating an account or using Ring-Thru, you agree to them on behalf of your business.

The service

Ring-Thru answers your business's calls when you're closed. It connects urgent callers to your on-call staff in the order your schedule sets, and passes messages and their transcripts to your office. You're responsible for keeping your schedules, staff and phone numbers up to date. Ring-Thru works with US and Canadian phone numbers only.

Text messages and calls to your staff

Not an emergency service

Ring-Thru is not a substitute for 911 or other emergency services. Calls, texts and emails depend on phone carriers and internet services and can be delayed or fail. Your greeting should tell callers with an emergency to hang up and call 911.

Your account

Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has access. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to it.

Billing

Ring-Thru is billed monthly for each branch, at the price shown when you subscribe. Branches you set up when you sign up start with a 30-day free trial: you enter a card at sign-up and the first charge comes when the trial ends. Branches you add later are billed from the day you add them. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. If a payment fails, service for that branch may stop until it's paid.

Acceptable use

Don't use Ring-Thru for anything unlawful, to send unwanted messages, to create accounts automatically, or to try to access other businesses' information or disrupt the service. To prevent abuse, we limit how many invitations and phone numbers an account can add each day.

Your information

Your business's information stays yours. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limits of liability

Ring-Thru is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for missed or delayed calls, texts or emails, or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and ending service

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Ring-Thru at any time.
